Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, and reservations booked within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable once confirmed. Flight delays will be accommodated when possible based on availability, and flight cancellations may be rescheduled one time based on availability; if you choose not to reschedule, the standard cancellation policy applies. To maintain timely service for all guests, your group must be ready at the scheduled pickup time—if your group is not ready within 15 minutes, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. If Ski Bound Transportation cancels service due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or operational safety concerns, you may select a full refund or free rescheduling. Reservation changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed within 24 hours of pickup.
